MATERIALS NEEDED: |
- Canvas or canvas board.
- Palette (Paper Palettes
are recommended.)
- Brushes, Bristle-#6, #8,
#10.
Oil Paints - 37ml. Tubes
(or larger)
- Cadmium Yellow (or Cad.
Yellow Light, or Cad. Yellow Pale.)
- Cadmium Red (or Cad. Red Light.)
- Ultramarine Blue.
- Titanium White.
- Raw Umber.
- Turpenoid.
- Rags or paper towels.
- Screw-top jar for Turpenoid.
These are the minimum supplies recommended for the inexperienced student.
The experienced student should bring in the materials with which he/she
is comfortable.

MATERIALS NEEDED: |
- 8 ½ x 11 inch graph paper with ¼ inch squares (The type with the heavier line around
the 1 inch squares is recommended.)
- 12 inch ruler.
- Graphite pencil
- 3H or harder.
- Colored pencils
- at least six different colors (The type with the hexagonal barrels
is required. Col-erase or other erasable brand is recommended.)
- Eraser - Pink Pearl,
Pink Pet, etc.
- Protractor - 6 inch diameter with no moving parts.
- Compass - The instructor
recommends that this purchase be delayed until after the first class.

- Titanium White.

- Cadmium Red (or Cadmium Red Light.)
- Ultramarine Blue.
- Raw Umber.
Other materials
- Palette (disposable paper palettes
are recommended.)
- Turpenoid (or other turpentine substitute.)
- Brushes- Brights - #6, #8,
#10.
- Paper towels (recommended) or paint
rags.
- Linseed oil as needed.
