Ongoing exhibitions include a broad spectrum of professional, student and alumni artwork throughout the year. The galleries are the site of the annual senior and all-student juried exhibitions, which are opportunities for students to exhibit their work in a formal gallery environment. Exhibitions are free and open to the public Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm

Metamorphosis: LYME Alumni with a Master of Fine Arts Degree

Chauncey Stillman Gallery | Nov 11 – Jan 23, 2017

A juried exhibition of works by alumni who have gone on to receive their MFA degrees, featuring an opening reception on Friday, November 18. The exhibition will reflect the numerous paths alumni have taken and as such, is open to ALL art media.
Round table discussion January 23, 4-6pm.

41st Annual Student Exhibition

Chauncey Stillman Gallery | Feb 03 – Mar 25, 2017

The juried exhibition will include works from current Lyme Academy College students in the college’s BFA, Post Baccalaureate, and Certificate programs.  The show will open with a reception on Friday, February 3, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Chauncey Stillman Gallery located on the College’s campus in Old Lyme and will run through March 25.

Purely Pastel: The 2017 Connecticut Pastel Society Juried Member Exhibition

Chauncey Stillman Gallery | Jun 15 – Jul 21, 2017

A juried exhibition of works by Connecticut Pastel Society members selected by Jamie Markle and Diane Rappisi, and with awards judged by Sam Goodsell. The exhibition will open with a reception on Thursday, June 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Chauncey Stillman Gallery, followed by a lecture by master pastel artist Alain J. Picard on Reflections of Hope.The exhibition is free and open to the public. The lecture costs $15 and reservations are required.
