Registration Due
Registration for non-credit courses is due two weeks before class starts to ensure students are properly notified of cancellations due to low enrollment.

Payments
Payment for non-credit courses is due at the time of registration. A registration fee of $35.00 is required. Registration fees are non-refundable unless a course has been cancelled by the College.
Withdrawals and Refunds
NON-CREDIT COURSES
To officially withdraw from a class, submit written notification to the Director of Continuing Education in person, by mail, or by fax. Refunds will be calculated according to the following schedule upon receipt of written notice:
Two weeks prior to class start: 100%
One week prior to class start: 80%

Pre-college Portfolio Development Program: ONLY
To withdraw officially from a class, submit written notification to the Director of Continuing Education by email, fax, mail or in person. There are no makeup courses available for students who miss class. Allow six weeks to process all refunds. Refunds will be calculated according to the following schedule upon receipt of written notice:
Cancelled Course: 100% tuition & registration fee refund
By May 25, 2011: 100% tuition refund
By June 24, 2011: 50% tuition refund
As of June 25, 2011: no refund
Cancellations and Schedule Changes

Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts reserves the right to cancel courses, to alter fees, scheduling or staffing of courses. If a program or course is cancelled, students will be informed at least a week before the class start date. Please allow six weeks to process all refunds. Students will receive full refunds in the event of course cancellation, including the $35 registration fee.
