College alumni are important and accomplished; their creative voices are shaping our culture.

Our graduates work in a diverse array of fields, from animators to art teachers, medical illustrators to toy designers, gallery owners to portrait artists, puppeteers to prosthetics designers, creative directors to storyboard artists, computer game artists to cartoonists, among many others.

Lyme Academy College graduates have been accepted into top Master of Fine Arts’ programs including those at Yale School of Art, Boston University and the New York Academy of Art, and have earned prestigious grants, fellowships, commissions, residencies and awards, including the Fulbright Fellowship and participation in the Department of State’s Art in Embassies program.

Our alumni are exhibiting in public and private venues within and outside the country, including the National Portrait Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution; have become successful entrepreneurs in many arts-related fields; and are teaching a new generation of artists.
