The College is delighted to announce that 12 townhouses known as Southwick Commons are currently under construction. It is anticipated that they will be ready for occupancy at the start of the 2013-14 academic year.
The newly-constructed, fully furnished townhouses will be located immediately across the street from the College and include garages. Each townhouse will accommodate four students and feature a kitchen, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a laundry and a common area.
Priority will be given to new students who have deposited by May 1, 2013.
Since Old Lyme is a shoreline town, boarding opportunities and beach houses are readily available. While the College does not make arrangements for off-campus housing, the Student Services Coordinator maintains a list of available properties and is available to assist you with your search and/or help you find a roommate.
For further information about any aspect of housing, contact the Student Services Coordinator, Patti Broedlin, at 860.434.3571 ext. 112.
