Twelve townhouses known as Southwick Commons are available to students. The newly-constructed, fully furnished townhouses are located immediately across the street from the College and include garages. Each townhouse accommodates four students and features a kitchen, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a laundry and a common area.
Priority is given to new students who have deposited by May 1, 2014.
Since Old Lyme is a shoreline town, boarding opportunities and beach houses are readily available. While the College does not make arrangements for off-campus housing, the Student Services Coordinator maintains a list of available properties and is available to assist you with your search and/or help you find a roommate.
For further information about any aspect of housing, contact the Student Services Coordinator, Patti Broedlin, at 860.434.3571 ext. 112.
