On Campus Housing at Southwick Commons: Lyme Academy College offers a housing option for Certificate and BFA students. The newly constructed, fully furnished townhouses are located immediately across the street from the College and include garages. Each townhouse features a kitchen, bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, laundry, Wi-Fi, and a common area. Housing is guaranteed to new students who have deposited by May 1st. After the May 1st housing is available to students on first come first serve basis and Student Services is readily available to assist students with finding housing in the area.

Off Campus Housing: There are many unique boarding opportunities and beach houses readily available in the beautiful and historic town of Old Lyme. While the College does not make arrangements for off-campus housing, the Student Services Coordinator maintains a list of available properties and is available to assist you with your search and/ or help you find a roommate.
