The College makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights in the property. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored.

Any item may be withdrawn by the College at any time before the actual sale without any liability.

The College reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the College when tallying each bid sheet shall be the purchaser, except for those items that will continue to receive bids on www.charitybuzz.com. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the College shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and re-sell the item in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, the College’s sale records shall be conclusive in all respects.

At the close of the Silent Auction, the highest bidder on each bid sheet shall be deemed to have purchased the offered items. All property shall be removed from the College’s premises by the purchaser at his or her expense no later than three days following its sale. The College reserves the right to sell any unclaimed item which has not been paid for to the next highest bidder if the item is not claimed within a reasonable period of time following the auction.
