Support outstanding fine arts education
Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts was founded in 1976 by internationally-renowned sculptor and educator Elisabeth Gordon Chandler. Lyme Academy College is one of the only art colleges in the United States dedicated exclusively to teaching representational art following the tradition of the master artist and apprentice in the studio, using live models, through an intensive study of anatomy and drawing from life. Our mission is to preserve and promote traditions of drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture by providing educational opportunities which meet the highest standards of academic and artistic excellence. We could not do our crucial work without the commitment and financial contributions of our supporters. Gifts to Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts, a 501(c)3 organization, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Educating artists is an expensive proposition, one not easily borne by tuition alone. Your donation inspires the creative spirit and makes a difference in the future of American fine art. And there are so many ways you can help!
