Researchers Welcome!


The Krieble Library's primary mission is to support the academic and studio programs of the Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts through its collection resources, staff assistance and services. Centrally located on campus, the Krieble Library is one level below the Brundage Commons in our studio-classroom building.  For more information about the library and service hours, please read the details below or telephone us with your specific inquires. 

While the library is primarily open to serve our current students, faculty and staff our facility is also accessible to members of the public.  Members of our academic community, alumni, gallery association and the general public are welcome to visit and use the library and its materials on-site during our service hours.  Only current students, faculty and college staff with valid college library ID may be granted circulation privileges while classes are in session.  Loan periods are regulated according to material and patron types.  Some resources may be used in the library only.

Something to keep in mind: our service hours are subject to change due to semester breaks, holidays, inclement weather and other emergencies please always check for special postings of our schedule. We advise that if you are making a trip just to use the library, please call ahead.
